How it works?

QUALIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM:
Ex-employees do not qualify as referrals, unless 1 year has passed since they left the company.
Candidates hired for Spanish accounts do not qualify as referrals for bonus and raffles.
If your friend was previously referred by another active employee within the previous 6 months period, bonus will be awarded to the first employee that referred the candidate.
Your candidate will be contacted a number of three times, if during those times your referral fails to answer or come to our offices the process will be closed and if not hired after a 6 month period after the information was sent to ERP, you will need to resend the information in order to be considered for the bonus again.
You or your referral might be required to confirm your acquaintance to clarify any doubts in regards of the bonus applicability.
BONUS PAYOUT INFORMATION:
You and your referred candidates must be active employees by the bonus payout date.
The referral bonus amount is $175.00 US; this amount is subject to change based on business needs.
You will receive 50% of your payment once your friend has reached 45 days tenure in the company and the remaining 50% when your friend has reached 90 days with us. These payments are performed within payroll calendar policies.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
When you refer a friend through email or web page, you will receive a communication from the recruiting team within 72 hours to inform you the outcome of the phone pre-screen.
When your referral is invited to continue with the recruiting process on site or if your referral come directly to the site, you will receive a communication from the recruiting team within 72 hours to inform you the outcome of the onsite Recruiting Process.

DOs and DON'Ts of the F@W Program
- Refer people you personally know and meet the requirements for the job opening.
- Do not create a job posting on your own, always share the posts from our Social Media authorized pages. When sharing, please avoid writing “Contact me for more information”, redirect all doubts to our Facebook or Instagram.
- Let’s keep our client’s confidentiality by protecting account name and/or code name. Sharing this information is a violation of our Non-Disclosure Agreement and an investigation will be conducted.
- Referral bonus will be paid only to people that follow our compliance referral guidelines.
- Consequences: Social Media policy from RIT E.1 This is subject to final warning, that is valid for 6 months.

1 PROPÓSITO
Proveer a los colaboradores de CONCENTRIX COSTA RICA la posibilidad de referir a un amigo (a) para trabajar en la empresa y de esta manera recibir un incentivo económico, según el idioma o certificación, para la cual se refiera la persona y quede contratada.
2 ALCANCE
Aplica para toda la organización de CONCENTRIX COSTA RICA y para efectos de todas las contrataciones externas, exceptuando los departamentos de Recursos Humanos, Planillas Reclutamiento, así como posiciones de Gerentes de Operaciones Senior, Directores y puestos superiores.
3 OBJETIVOS GENERALES
3.1 Fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia de los colaboradores de CONCENTRIX COSTA RICA, a través, de la incorporación de sus referidos.
3.2 Garantizar a la organización a través del programa la atracción de talento de excelente calidad y que se ajuste rápidamente a la cultura de la organización.
3.3 Informar a la Organización acerca de P-RH-CNXCR-02-Programa Friends @ Work para que así, conozcan la información necesaria para aplicar a un bono de referencia.
3.4 Controlar y llevar registro de aquellas personas que fueron contratadas por medio de la referencia de algún colaborador con el fin de que reciban incentivo económico, el cual, será pagado por CONCENTRIX COSTA RICA, luego que la persona referida cumpla satisfactoriamente los requisitos establecidos en el presente procedimiento.
4 RESPONSABILIDADES
4.1 Los Departamentos de Recursos Humanos, Planillas y Mercadeo: Son responsables de asegurar que este programa se mantenga vigente, documentado, autorizado, implementado, acorde con la política global de referidos y que sus objetivos se cumplan por parte de todos los departamentos involucrados. Asimismo, es responsable de enviar al Departamento Financiero la información correspondiente al colaborador que recibirá el incentivo económico por participar del ¨Programa Friends @ Work¨.
Departamento HR Operations: Es el responsable de verificar si los candidatos referidos cumplieron con el tiempo mínimo de contratación, para así gestionar la entrega de las bonificaciones al colaborador, según el monto correspondiente al incentivo económico durante el tiempo estipulado.
5 PROCEDIMIENTO
5.1 Únicamente colaboradores activos pueden referir.
5.2 Trabajadores actuales no pueden referirse a sí mismos o referir candidatos para procesos internos.
5.3 Extrabajadores no son considerados como referidos, a menos de que hayan transcurrido unos seis meses de haber dejado la compañía.
5.4 Los empleados de los departamentos de Recursos Humanos, Planillas, Reclutamiento, así como los que tienen posiciones de Gerentes de Operaciones Senior, Directores y puestos superiores no son elegibles para participar en el programa de referidos. Si refieren a un candidato y este es contrato, no procede el pago del bono.
5.5 El colaborador que va a referir a un amigo, deberá ingresar a friendsat.work y referir a la posición disponible. (Si es la primera vez ingresando a la página, debe crear un usuario con su número de empleado, correo electrónico, número de teléfono y nombre completo. Debe asegurarse de seleccionar Costa Rica como país).
5.6 Para que el bono sea aplicable, el colaborador debe referir a la persona a través de la página friendsat.work y seleccionar en el menú de opciones el área al que le refiere así como adjuntar el currículo.
5.7 Habrá una persona responsable de la página de referidos (friendsat.work), quien se hará cargo de revisar todos los currículos y después de preseleccionar sus perfiles, llamará a toda persona que cuente con los requisitos mínimos de acuerdo con la contratación que se presente.
5.8 Referencia válida: Se considera un referido efectivo, cuando la persona cumple con los requisitos mínimos y se ajusta a los perfiles con los que contamos, siendo validado durante la evaluación telefónica o Walk - In, se le brindará una cita para dar inicio con el proceso de pruebas y éste sea contratado.
5.9 El colaborador que refiere estará recibiendo notificaciones del estado del proceso de cada persona a quien haya referido. Se confirmará la contratación durante los primeros quince días hábiles a partir del primer día de entrenamiento.
5.10 De acuerdo con las políticas internas de la compañía, para proteger los derechos de autor y confidencialidad de nuestros clientes, cualquier publicación hecha en redes sociales u otros medios, no pueden contener: nombres o logos de nuestras líneas de negocio, salarios, horarios o información de índole técnica que pueda comprometer la relación con nuestros clientes.
5.11 No podrá crear páginas de “Fans” o grupos de redes sociales utilizando el logo o nombre de Concentrix ni el de sus clientes para representar a la compañía. Se les enviará un arte mensual vía correo electrónico y será visible en la página friendsat.work, en la sección “Blog”, previamente autorizado por el departamento de Comunicaciones, el cual pueden compartir en redes sociales y con esto generar más personas interesadas en laborar con Concentrix y que el colaborador pueda referirles.
6 CARACTERISTICAS DEL PROGRAMA:
6.1 Si su referido hace la aplicación a través de cualquier otro medio (Job Boards, Facebook, Concentrix Web Site, Banners, Bus ads, Radio ads, Muppi, Building Exterior, Televisión elempleo.com, Encuentra24, Talent network, Computrabajo.co.cr, Opcionempleo.co.cr, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, Online Banner, Open House, Job Fairs, Walk - In, Newspapers, Candidate Referral, External Referral, Career Section, Intranet, Internal Job Posting, Email, Whatsapp o cualquier otro medio) dentro de los 30 días calendario previo al registro de su referencia, el medio por el cual la persona haya aplicado prevalecerá y la referencia NO será válida.
6.2 Cada persona referida se contactará un total de 3 veces (Ver 5.7), si durante este periodo su referido no contesta o se declina por cualquier otra razón, la referencia se cerrará después de 30 días calendario después de la fecha de referencia. Si su referido es contratado después de este periodo (30 días calendario a partir de la fecha de referencia), el bono no será aplicado.
6.3 Cada referido tiene una vigencia de 90 días, si intenta referir a alguien que ha sido referido dentro de esos 90 días, su referido a través de friendsat.work no será procesado. Si efectúa la referencia de una persona durante una activación, el bono se le acreditará a la persona quien refirió primeramente al aplicante. Las referencias realizadas 90 días después de la primera referencia (mismo candidato) se le validará al nuevo colaborador que registre a la persona.
7 METODO DE PAGO
7.1 Colaboradores que dejen la compañía antes de la fecha de pago del bono, no recibirán los bonos o premios (Promociones especiales) pendientes.
7.2 Usted recibirá el 100% de su bono una vez que la persona referida alcance los 90 días dentro de la compañía (90 días después de la fecha de inicio – día uno de entrenamiento), el colaborador recibirá, el pago correspondiente del incentivo económico según la contratación efectuada. Después de los 90 días ambos colaboradores deben estar laborando activamente en Concentrix para que el bono aplique.
7.3 El pago del bono será a través de Tarjetas de Regalo Credomatic.
7.4 Los bonos correspondientes a pagar, de acuerdo con la contratación que se efectúa están sujetos a cambios de acuerdo con la necesidad del negocio y se estarán comunicando previamente. Los montos de bonos correspondientes al programa son:
• $50 Cuentas en español.
• $100 Cuentas Bilingües (Español + Inglés)
• $150 Cuentas con tercer idioma (Español – Inglés + Portugués, Francés, Alemán, etc).
• $300 Cuentas de Soporte Técnico Avanzado (Juniper, Ruckus).
7.5 Promociones específicas del programa de referidos con un monto de bono mayor, tienen una fecha de inicio y una fecha de finalización. La contratación debe darse según lo establezca los términos y condiciones de la comunicación oficial de la promoción.
7.6 Todas las consultas relacionadas al programa de referidos Friends@Work, errores de usuario, pago de bonos, etc, deben reportarse al correo: cr.talent@concentrix.com
7.7 El pago del incentivo económico se hará efectivo una vez que el Departamento de Recursos Humanos, a través del área de Sistemas de Información, envíe por medio de correo electrónico al Departamento de Proveeduría, la solicitud de tarjetas de regalo requeridas. Lo anterior exceptuando cualquier pago pactado anterior al 15 de Julio del 2019 para ambos Legacies, ya que estarían sujetos a la política vigente en ese momento.
7.8 El Coordinador de Búsqueda de Talento procederá a registrar en un documento de Excel todos aquellos colaboradores que son elegibles para la bonificación y en una base mensual enviara vía email al área de Sistemas de Informacion, la instrucción del pago correspondiente. Bajo ninguna circunstancia se realizará transferencia electrónica a una cuenta de un tercero, tampoco se emitirá cheque o depósito bancario.
7.9 Los pagos de bonos del programa se otorgan a partir del primer periodo de cada mes (15). La fecha de corte para los bonos es el día 05 de cada mes, tomando en cuenta las personas referidas contratadas que hayan cumplido los 3 meses desde el 06 del mes anterior hasta el 05 del mes presente.
7.10 El responsable del área de Proveeduría recibe del área de Sistemas de Informacion, la solicitud de emisión de las tarjetas de regalo y crea en la herramienta la Orden de Compra correspondiente para que esta sea aprobada de acuerdo al patrón establecido en el procedimiento de compras.
7.11 El departamento de Proveeduría deberá enviar al área de Sistemas de Información de Recursos Humanos, en un plazo no mayor de 30 días calendario, las tarjetas de regalo solicitadas.
7.12 El área de Sistemas de Informacion notifica vía email, al empleado para que pase a retirar la tarjeta de regalo, quien a su vez deberá firmar un documento como recibido.
7.13 El monto del bono está sujeto a una deducción del 15% por concepto de Impuesto de Renta, el cual será asumido por CONCENTRIX COSTA RICA. El área de Sistemas de Informacion en una base mensual, deberá reportar al equipo de Planillas las tarjetas de regalo entregadas.
8 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
8.1 No hay un límite de personas para referir por colaborador, en cuanto más referencias tiene, más opciones de obtener los beneficios del programa y ayudar a amigos a obtener un trabajo.
8.2 Todas las referencias deben efectuarse en la página friendsat@work, quienes no sean referidos a través de la página no serán contactados/procesados o aplicable para pago de bonos, aunque se comparta la información con un miembro del departamento de reclutamiento, con la excepción de las activaciones oficiales del departamento de Reclutamiento.

7. The information of your referral will only be used with one single purpose: promote and offer job positions in Concentrix. The talent Acquisition team will be in charge of contacting your referrals to validate their interest in a job at the company and eventually start the hiring process. Concentrix will not share, sell or use this information for any other purpose, either internally or externally.
8. If the F@W program finds any fraud action, the referral will be invalid and it might lead to disciplinary actions.
9. Referrals are personal and non-transferable.

If you refer a person who then is hired, you may receive a 7,500.00 Dop Referral Bonus* (this amount is subject to change based on business needs). To receive this reward, you and your referral must be employed by Convergys Dominican Republic when the reward payment is made.
ELIGIBILITY:
All active employees are eligible to participate.
HR Staff, Executive Management (Sr. Team Manager and above) and Interns are not eligible to receive a referral bonus.
All external candidates for permanent positions, Full-time and Part-time are eligible to be referred.
YOU HAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS TO REFER YOUR FRIENDS:
Employee Referral Program Web Page (New): You can send your referral information, visiting www.ReferforConvergys.com. If it’s your first time visiting our web page, you would have to create your own account by using your Oracle ID and email (it could be your corporate or personal email address).
ERP Box (New/Coming Soon): Refer your friends through our ERP Box that will be located at your Site, you must fill and deposit an ERP Box Card with your friend’s information: full name, phone numbers and email address, and including your full name and Oracle ID. (You can request the ERP Box Card in the Recruiting Area)
Sending an Email: You can send an email (from your corporate or personal email address) to our recruiting department at recruitingDR@Convergys.com listing your friend’s information: full name, phone numbers and email address or resume. Besides, you MUST state in the subject of the email that is a REFERRAL, send your full name, Oracle ID and contact numbers. (If the email does not contain your personal information, the referral won’t be valid)
Without an appointment: You can tell your referral to come to our offices without an appointment but your referral must provide your Full name and Oracle ID when he/she fills up the job application and also during the screening process, or bring the ERP card filled out by you with your Name and Oracle ID (You can request them in the Recruiting Area). You can advise your referral to walk in to our offices from Monday through Friday From 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Visit recruiting’s office: You can pass by the Recruiting area and give your friends information (Full Name and phone number) so we can contact them for a prescreening.
QUALIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM:
Ex-employees do not qualify as referrals, unless 1 year has passed since they left the company.
Candidates hired for Spanish accounts do not qualify as referrals for bonus and raffles.
Your candidate will be contacted a number of three times, if during those times your referral fails to answer or come to our offices the process will be closed and if not hired after a 3 month period after the information was sent to ERP, you will need to resend the information in order to be considered for the bonus again.
You or your referral might be required to confirm your acquaintance to clarify any doubts in regards of the bonus applicability.
BONUS PAYOUT INFORMATION:
You and your referred candidates must be active employees by the bonus payout date.
The referral bonus amount is 7,500.00 Dop; this amount is subject to change based on business needs.
You will receive 50% of your payment once your friend has reached 30 days tenure in the company and the remaining 50% when your friend has reached 60 days with us. These payments are performed within payroll calendar policies.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
When you refer a friend through email or web page, you will receive a communication from the recruiting team within 72 hours to inform you the outcome of the phone pre-screen.
We don’t have a limit per referral, the more candidates you refer, the more money you get and the more friends you help get a job.
REFERRAL BONUS PAY-OUT PROCESS:
- The Referee must state on their application form who the Referrer (current employee) is.
- 50% of the referral amount is paid out after the first 90 days from referee’s hire date.
- The remaining 50% of the referral amount is paid out after the first 180 days from the referee’s hire date
- Note: both referrer and referee must be employed to Concentrix at the time of pay-outs.

Se você indicar uma pessoa contratada, poderá receber um bônus por indicação de R$200,00 (esse valor está sujeito a alterações com base nas necessidades da empresa). Para receber essa recompensa, você e sua indicação devem ser empregados pela Concentrix Brasil quando o pagamento da recompensa for realizado.
ELEGIBILIDADE:
- Todos os funcionários são elegíveis, com exceção:
a. dos líderes que se dedicam à mesma operação do indicado;
b. jovem aprendizes e estagiários.

QUALIFICAÇÕES PARA O PROGRAMA:
- Se o seu amigo foi previamente indicado por outro funcionário ativo nos 6 meses anteriores, um bônus será concedido ao primeiro funcionário que indicou o candidato.
- Seu candidato será contatado três vezes, se durante esse período sua indicação falhar em responder ou comparecer a nossos escritórios, o processo será encerrado.
INFORMAÇÃO DE PAGAMENTO DE BÔNUS:
Você e seus candidatos indicados devem ser funcionários ativos até a data de pagamento do bônus.
O valor do bônus de referência é de R$200,00 (esse valor está sujeito a alterações com base nas necessidades comerciais).
Quando o período de 90 dias de permanência do indicado for completado após o fechamento da folha de pagamento do mês vigente, o pagamento da premiação ocorrerá apenas no mês seguinte, devido aos prazos de processamento de pagamento e folha.
